************ [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] We have heard Mr.M.Thirunavukkarasu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.
2.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The respondent police have produced the detenu before us. She claims to have married one Karthick, who has also appeared before us through video conference.
3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the detenu appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam on 26.04.2021 and the petitioner and petitioner's wife https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.[MD]No.615 of 2021 namely the parents of the detenu interacted with her, but she was adamant to go with the said Karthick. Hence, we find that there is no illegal detention.
4.The Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed, accordingly.
