This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.1 of 2023, dated 07.01.2023 on the file of the second respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Pudukottai and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in CC No.74 of 2023 on 07.10.2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
