ORDER

Heard Mr.J.Marie Roseline, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.A.K.Manikam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 to 7. 2.The learned counsel for the parties reported that the compromise has been evolved between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7. Recording the same, the contempt petition which was filed for wilful disobedience of the interim order is closed by order dated 01.03.2018.

3.In view of the compromise settled between the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the parties to approach the respondent authority for necessary orders. Based upon the settlement arrived at, and as and when the application is given, the official respondents shall consider the same and act accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
