ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, registered for the offences under Sections 303(2) of BNSS and 21(5) Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in P.R.C.No.15 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.10.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No 2/4
