O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.05.2013 in receipt No.87/13 and take action as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 03.05.2013 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
