ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for re-investigation of the case in Crime No.380 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The respondent police has filed a final report as action dropped before the Executive Magistrate, Trichy, on 15.10.2015. This procedure followed by the respondents is not in consonance with the procedure laid down under the Code of Criminal Procedure. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
