PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to issue order of direction directing the 1st respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai dated 23.02.2026 against the 2nd respondent in S.T.C. No. 132 of 2025 within stipulated time.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the first respondent to execute the warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai on 23.02.2026 against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.132 of 2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that they would execute the warrant within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the same, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to execute the warrant as stated above within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
