PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate Police Protection the life and limb of the Petitioner and to measure the Petitioner's land in S.F.No.30/8 to an extent of 9 Cents and S.F.No.30/9D to an extent of 43 Cents in Patta No.1065 situated at Thuppakkudi Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 31.03.2022. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate Police Protection the life and limb of the Petitioner and to measure the Petitioner's land in S.F.No.30/8 to an extent of 9 Cents and S.F.No.30/9D to an extent of 43 Cents in Patta No.1065 situated at Thuppakkudi Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 31.03.2022.

2. The petitioner owned a land comprised in S.F.No.30/8 to an extent of 9 Cents and S.F.No.30/9D to an extent of 43 Cents in Patta No.1065 situated at Thuppakkudi Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District. While being so, the petitioner complained before the Revenue Authorities to survey the land as if the fourth respondent is obstructing to survey the said land.
3. Considering the above, if the Revenue Authorities engaged the Tahsildar to survey the petitioner's land on payment of the requisite fees and if the Surveyor finds any difficulty while surveying the petitioner's land, he can very well seek for police protection before the third respondent. On such request, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders to provide adequate police protection to survey the petitioner's land on merits and in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
