ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.70 of 2024 dated 05.03.2024 on the file of the second respondent police to the fifth respondent for fair and free investigation.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'Mistake of Fact' and RCS notice was served on the petitioner / defacto complainant. 2/4

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
