The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. against the proposed accused person based on the complaint dated 5.8.2016, preferred by the petitioner and proceed in accordance with law.
2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
