When the matter was taken up for hearing through Video Conference, Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent submitted that order has already been passed on the representation dated 11.03.2020 made by the Petitioner. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Respondent and he has also sent an e-mail dated 25.06.2020 to that effect, which is placed on record. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
