ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted there is no complaint against this petitioner pending with the first respondent police. But, however the petitioner has sent an advocate notice, dated 10.06.2017 to the first respondent making unfounded allegations.

2. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed with a direction to the first respondent to ignore the advocate notice dated 10.06.2017 and take action against the petitioner if he is involved in any cognizable offence.
