When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.138 of 2016 was completed and case was closed as mistake of fact and referred notice was also served on the petitioner on 05.04.2016 and the same has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
