ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to conduct a survey based on his application dated 18.01.2025.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has made an application on 18.01.2025 for conducting survey of his lands. The petitioner has also given a representation on 07.03.2025 and only seeks for survey to be conducted at the earliest.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct a 2/5

survey based on the petitioner's application dated 18.01.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, the respondents 2 & 3 apprehending any breach of peace, then it shall be open to the respondents 2 & 3 to approach the jurisdictional police station seeking adequate police protection. On such request being made by the respondents 2 & 3, the jurisdictional police shall ensure the availability of sufficient police personnel at the site at the time of survey. No costs.
