ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they have called the petitioner for enquiry and the same has been closed. 3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and the respondent police has called the petitioner only for enquiry and the same was closed, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, this petition stands closed.
