ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to furnish documents as sought for by the petitioner vide his representation dated 19.06.2015 so as to enable him to submit proper explanation and till such time the proceedings under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act initiated by the respondent be kept in abeyance. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the particulars and documents sought for by the petitioner vide his representation dated 19.06.2015 would be furnished to the petitioner within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 4.In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of. The respondent is directed to furnish the documents as sought for by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
