This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 4 to 6 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6120 of 2021 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.01.2021. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
