PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondents herein to provide adequate police protection at the time of loading and uploading the goods in the company situated in Door No.5/201, Srivilliputtur Road, Opp New Housing Board Colony, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of loading and uploading the goods in the company situated in Door No.5/201, Srivilliputtur Road, Opp New Housing Board Colony, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 15.04.2021. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
