ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Bank to accept the offer letter, dated 08.05.2018 to settle the entire loan amount of Rs.60,00,000/- in full and final settlement and compromise the same within 30 days.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given an One Time Settlement (OTS) proposal

on 08.05.2018 to settle the outstanding loan amount to the respondents-Bank.

3.Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Bank submitted that the respondents-Bank is willing to consider the petitioner's proposal for OTS within 12 weeks time and in view of the same, the Writ Petition may be closed. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and since the learned counsel appearing for the respondents-Bank submitted that the Bank is willing to consider the petitioner's OTS proposal within 12 weeks, we do not find any reason to keep the Writ Petition pending.

5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
