ORDER

This revision has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.226 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that already written statement filed in the suit even before 2014 and the suit is posted for framing issues till date. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the case.

4. Since the matter is pending for more than one year for framing issues, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.226 of 2020 pending on his file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
