This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 10.02.2024, passed in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2022, on the file of the Family Court, Thanjavur.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the interim maintenance awarded by the trial Court in I.A.No.3 of 2023 in H.M.O.P.No.213 of 2022, the present revision petition is filed. However, during the pendency of the revision petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
