ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 470, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No.87 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sold the entire property apart from his share in the property.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation of the case is at the initial stage.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even though the petitioner was ready to rectify the mistake, it was the defacto complainant, who failed to change the patta in his name.

6. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is said to have committed serious offence and also the fact that the investigation is at threshold, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
