PRAYER: This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Sub Court, to dispose and to expedite the trial in O.S.No.162 of 2017, on the file of the learned Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, within the period to be fixed by this Court.

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.162 of 2017, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.PR.Boomee Rajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the stage of the suit, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.162 of 2017, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
