ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to issue directions to the third and fourth respondents to act upon the petitioner's loan repayment proposal within the scope of fair practice code and to close the loan outstanding as against the petitioner after receiving the actual loan outstanding as stated in the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2021.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. The relief lies before the Banking Ombudsman or before the Consumer Court. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an application before appropriate forum and seek remedy.

3. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
