ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of any enquiry at random in a money dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.04.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
