ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders directing the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry upon the complaint of the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry in C.No.99 of 2023 was undertaken. During the course of the enquiry, the petitioner as well as the third respondent appeared before the enquiry officer and at the conclusion of the enquiry, the petitioner has given undertaken that he is ready to execute the sale deed in favour of the third respondent, after receiving the entire balance amount. On the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
