ORDER

The present petition has been filed by sole accused seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.45 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent against the 1/4

petitioner, wherein the petitioner said to have committed the offences under Sections 3 and 4 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2023. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that charge sheet has been laid as against the petitioner in Special S.C.No.24 of 2026 on the file of the Mahila Court, Trichy on 20.01.2026.

3.In view of the above said facts, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. 11.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vsg 2/4
