Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life to enable the petitioner to continue to reside in the residential house situated at Old No.10, New No.7, Omsakthi Kovil 6th Street, Subburaj Nagar, Pudhu Colony, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.05.2018 and 22.05.2015 to respondents 1 and 2 respectively.

No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
