Prayer in CRP(MD)2217 of 2022 :- The Civil Revision Petition has been filed under under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 25.10.2019 passed in I.A.No.163 of 2019 in G.W.O.P.No.172 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi.
ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.KA.Raamakrishnan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M.P.Senthil, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order:
"The above said revision petition was disposed of on 05.02.2025 granting visitation right to the father to meet his sons between 5.00 p.m to 08.00 p.m on every Sunday at Jesus with US Fellowship, 4D/3, Karunanidhi Nagar, Tiruchendur Road, Near Annammal College, Opposite Post Office Passport Seva Centre, Thoothukudi 628 003.
2.The respondent in the revision petition, has filed the present application seeking modification of the venue to the "Legal Authority Services" building attached to the District Court Complex, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District. 3.However, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that they would like to meet the child in the venue of "Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, No.176, Palayamkottai Road, Mani Nagar, Tuticorin 628 003." 4.With the consent of both the parties, this Court passes the following orders: a)The father shall be entitled to have visitation rights to meet his sons in the venue of "The Chairman, Child Welfare Committee, No.176, Palayamkottai Road, Mani Nagar, Tuticorin 628 003".
b) The order passed in CRP(MD).No.2217 of 2022 dated 05.02.2025 stands confirmed except with regard to the change of venue. 5.This civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above."
