[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN , J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment stated to have been made by the fourth respondent on the public property in Survey No.183/6, Vadakkammapattinam, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

3.We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.11.2013 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
