ORDER

The learned counsel on either side were not having instructions. I went through the papers. It is seen that the subject matter pertains to an auction conducted by Batlagundu Town Panchayat in the year 2014. We are now in the year 2023. Nothing survives for further adjudication. The matter had become infructuous.

2. This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 04.07.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA To 1.The Director of Town Panchayats, Kuralagam, Chennai.
