This petition has been filed, praying to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the property in Survey No.132/4 (present survey No.132/14&B) situated at Servaikaranmadam Village, Thoothukudi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint pending against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that now, the matter is referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer for further action and since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all and also the respondent police did not interfere in the civil dispute. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
