This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15774 of 2024, dated 20.09.2024. 1/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, respondent/contemnor is present before this Court and filed his counter affidavit. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the respondent has filed the charge sheet on 16.04.2025 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.530 of 2023 on 24.04.2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy.
