ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C., altered into Section 306 IPC in Crime No.185 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners lent money to the deceased. Thereafter, the deceased was not in a position to repay the money and due to the same, the petitioners had insulted him by removing his dhoti on 17.03.2021. Feeling ashamed of the same, the deceased committed suicide. Hence, the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner are innocents and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that due to the ill activity of the petitioners herein, the deceased committed suicide. He further submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed. 5.Considering the seriousness of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
