O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for correction of UDR records in this writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 25.11.2024. The 2nd respondent, in turn, has forwarded the said application to the 3rd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has not acted upon the representation of the writ petitioner, despite passage of more than 3 months.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry and 2/4

forward the report to the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receiving such report from the 3rd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.11.2024 within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
