PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, 2023, to direct the 2nd respondent to secure the 1st accused namely Karthikeyan in Crime No.10/2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to proceed with the same as per law.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent to secure the first accused, namely, Karthikeyan, in crime No.10 of 2025.

2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, as per the directions of this Court, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, on 13.02.2026 and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.105 of 2026 and summons have been issued to A1 and A2. He further submitted that A2 has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody. As against A1, absconding charge sheet has been filled.

3. In view of the further developments, the question of issuing any direction to the second respondent at this point of time would not arise.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 17.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
