O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the lands of the petitioner in S.F.No.103, Sub-Division No.8A1 measuring 25 cents at Kumaramangalam Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District and also to fix the four boundaries.

In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the property originally belonged to the husband of the petitioner herein, who had purchased the same by sale deed, dated 27.06.2007 and registered as document No.2728 of 2007 before the Kulathur Sub Registrar Office, Pudukkottai District. The patta had also been granted in the name of the vendor of the petitioner's husband. There are no rival claimants. The petitioner had also enclosed relevant copies of patta and chitta.

3. Let the respondents examine the records and if the respondents are otherwise satisfied, proceed to survey the lands and fix the four boundaries. The petitioner had also made an online application and also paid necessary charges. The entire exercise should be completed by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks (12) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
