This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code praying this Court to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No. 225 of 2019 from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalle and transfer the same to the Family court Thanjavur and conducted the trail along with H.M.O.P.No. 299/209 initiated by the petitioner.

ORDER : This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 08/10/2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur in D.No.281/2021 dated:07/06/2021 for extension of time for Six Months this Court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.225 of 2019(New No.203 of 2020) and H.M.O.P.No.299 of
