This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.10.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the respondent police have registered the FÏR in Crime No.141 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 294 (b), 323, 354 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002. 3.In view of this development, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed.
