ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.03.2026, this writ petition is filed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint to the 2nd respondent police on 04.06.2026 with respect to the 3rd respondent's conduct of having forcibly taken away his lorry bearing Registration No.TN 25 V 3363 which was parked in his shed without any rhyme or reason.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the said lorry was caught red handed in a mines and minerals case and a First Information Report in Crime No.120 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026 was also registered against the petitioner and in connection to the said case, the said lorry is already taken into custody and the same is with the custody of the 3rd respondent police. However, the petitioner is trying to give a different narrative on the entire issue.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the nature of the dispute involved, directing the petitioner to file an application seeking return of property before the competent Court, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
