PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate Police Protection for the life and limb of the Petitioner and her family members, based on the representations dated 16.03.2023 and 20.03.2023. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Krishnan For R1 & R2 : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor For R3 to 10 Mr.M.Suresh O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate Police Protection for the life and limb of the Petitioner and her family members, based on the representations dated 16.03.2023 and 20.03.2023.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner and the private respondents/counter parties, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.Nos.106 and 108 of 2023. Thereafter, a recommendation has been made to the Thasildar for making enquiry. He further submitted that now the above said recommendation has been pending before the Thasildar for consideration.

3. Since the enquiry is pending before the Thasildar, the parties are directed to appear before the Thasildar and workout his remedy in the pending matters. The entire process will be completed by the concerned authorities within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
