O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take necessary action in respect of the case registered in Crime No.12 of 2013 and to file a final report before the concerned Court.

2. Mr.N.Ramesh Babu, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Theni District is present.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that if six months' time is granted, the respondent Police will complete the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2013. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the connected Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15009 of 2013 has been disposed of by this Court as early as 02.03.2015.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.12 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
