O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection for construction work of the petitioner's residential building, which is situated at in Plot No. 36 in Survey No.8/11, Puliyankulam Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District by considering her representation dated 21.04.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. Mr.N.Muruganantham, Sub-Inspector of Police, Silaiman Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, a case in Crime No.289 of 2016 has been registered against R3 and others and that if the petitioner comes for enquiry, the respondent police can enquire into the further allegations of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and the respondent police are directed to take action in accordance with law for protecting the rights of the petitioner. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
