This petition has been filed to direct the learned III Additional District & Sessions Judge, for PCR cases, Madurai to consider the bail application of the petitioner to be filed in Crime No.201 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police and to accept their surrender on the same day on merits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Since a grave offence under Section 302 IPC stands disclosed, this is not a fit case to consider the prayer that has been sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
