The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 to 3 not to harass the petitioners' family except according to due process of law.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police brought to the notice of this Court that a zero FIR has been registered as against the petitioners in Crime No.0007 of 2026 on the file of the third respondent Police on 05.03.2026 based on a complaint lodged by the fourth respondent alleging that the second petitioner has refused to marry her. 3.Since the FIR has already been registered, it is for the petitioners to work out their remedies before the appropriate Court. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. 10.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vsg 2/4
