ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd Respondent to file Charge Sheet in FIR No.599/2022 dated 18.12.2022, on the file of 2nd Respondent Subramaniapuram Police Station, Madurai City, Madurai before the concerned Court within the time stipulated fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, through E-filing on 07.03.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rule and Liberty is open to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if they are still aggrieved by the Final Report.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
