The petitioner has come up with this public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment committed by the 5th respondent in the land, which belongs to the 3rd respondent department by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.06.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the petition are bereft of details. The petitioner has not even stated that the details of the land, which according to him belong to the 3rd respondent, which has been encroached upon. For want of these details, we are unable to grant any relief. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
