This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Charge Sheet in Crime No. 262/2016 on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, a positive direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner cannot be issued. However, the respondent police are directed to conduct the investigation in Crime No.262 of 2016 expeditiously and thereafter, either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
