PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to stop the quarrying operation within the 50 metres of both sides of the existing Sevalkulam and Kuruvikulam road, as per the lease conditions and to cancel the lease, done in contradiction of the conditions, in such case of the violations.
