ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondents to cancel the illegal legal heirship certificate in Pa.Mu.No. A5/337/2018, dated 15.03.2018, issued in favour of the sixth respondent for the petitioner's demised husband namely, Chelladurai in light of the proceedings made by the fourth respondent to the third respondent in proceedings No.KNRTLK/275/2024-B3, dated 27.12.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 produced a proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/523/2024, dated 18.03.2025 and submitted that the petitioner's grievance had already been redressed and the legal heirship certificate issued in favour of the sixth respondent was cancelled.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
